What this website does not do

No cookies for visitors, no analytics or tracking scripts, no forms, no content embedded from other parties. Fonts and the walkthrough film are served from this website itself.

Server logs

When you visit, the server records technical data: IP address, date and time, the page requested and your browser type. My hosting provider TransIP (Leiden, Netherlands) does this on my behalf, for security and to produce visitor statistics. I see only totals (visits, pages, countries), not who you are. Basis: my legitimate interest in a secure, working website. I do not keep these logs myself.

E-mail

If you e-mail me, for example to request a full report, I receive your name, e-mail address and what you write. I use it only to reply and to follow up our contact. My e-mail runs on Microsoft 365, which processes it on my behalf. Basis: my legitimate interest in answering you, or steps you ask for before an agreement. I keep correspondence while our contact is relevant and delete it at the latest two years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer (invoices: seven years).

Professional contacts

I keep a record of professional contacts (name, organisation, role, our correspondence, and what you have made public, for example on LinkedIn or X) in my own contact administration on my own computer, to prepare and follow up professional contact. Basis: legitimate interest. You can ask what I hold about you and have it removed.

Case studies

People who take part in a case study with their own AI conversations agree to this separately with me. This statement does not cover that.

Links

This website links to LinkedIn, X, Zenodo and SSRN. Their privacy policies apply there.

Sharing

I do not sell your data. I share it only with the processors named here, or when the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a usable format. E-mail info@relationalperception.org; I reply within one month. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

I update this statement when the website changes; the date above shows the current version.
